Refund policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@uscameloptics.com. EMAIL US FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the consumer's return is caused, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Protection Insurance Policy
This policy is provided by USCAMEL, an e-commerce website, to protect its customers from loss or damage to their purchases during the initial shipping process.
- Coverage: The insurance covers the replacement value of the item being shipped and is limited to the cost of the item, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
- Eligible Purchases: All items purchased(not including replacement or re-dispatched) on uscameloptics.com are eligible for coverage under this policy.
- Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage or loss resulting from acts of nature (such as floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes), war, terrorism, or any other similar events outside of the control of USCAMEL. Additionally, this policy does not cover items for which proof of delivery has been supplied by the courier company, even if the customer claims that the item was not received.

USCAMEL will then initiate a claim on behalf of the customer with the shipping carrier and, if the claim is approved, will provide a replacement item or issue a refund to the customer.
- Limitation of Liability: USCAMEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the loss or damage of the items being shipped.
