USCAMEL offers 1-YEAR Warranty on almost all our products. Read on to check on the terms and conditions of your product's warranty.

1-YEAR WARRANTY

USCAMEL warrants your product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year. USCAMEL will repair or replace such product or part thereof which, upon inspection by USCAMEL, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Components or products that have been removed or modified are not covered by this warranty.

USCAMEL shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty within thirty days of receipt. If repair or replacement requires more than thirty days, USCAMEL shall notify the customer accordingly. USCAMEL reserves the right to replace any product which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function.

This warranty shall be void and of no force or effect if a covered product has been modified in design or function or subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair. Further, product malfunction or deterioration due to normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

USCAMEL DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF USCAMEL UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT, BY THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. USCAMEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LOST PROFITS, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY USCAMEL PRODUCT. ANY WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED AND WHICH CAN NOT BE DISCLAIMED SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A TERM OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE.

USCAMEL reserves the right to modify or discontinue any model or style of your product without prior notice to you.

NOTE: Warranty is valid only to customers who purchased from Authorized USCAMEL Dealer all over the world. If not, please contact the seller for any warranty service.

USCAMEL warrants most of its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product's usable lifetime to the original owner.

USCAMEL will repair or replace the product which, upon inspection by USCAMEL, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship and within the definitions of the limits described below.

This warranty is effective January 1, 2020, and supersedes all other warranties as noted in brochures, instruction manuals, product packaging, etc.

This warranty does not cover products subject to abuse, misuse, physical damage, altered, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear and other conditions.

USCAMEL shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any binocular or spotting scope covered by this warranty within thirty calendar days of receipt. If it takes longer, the customer will be notified.
