HOW WE WORKS?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. And will receive another email after shipment, the detailed tracking information details will be included.

The Whole Work = Processing + Shipping

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse(fulfillment center) within 1-2 business days to prepare for shipping.
* In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

CAN YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We(uscameloptics.com) running the international business. We can ship all over the world.

* In areas where most logistics providers cannot deliver, we do not guarantee that the package will be delivered directly to your address, and you may need to pick up the package from your local logistics center yourself. You can contact us by 


HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

We always want customers to get our product as soon as we could. 

The average transit times is 5 - 20 Business days. 

This is a reference for customers around the world and does not mean it will take that long to receive the package. 

Due to the changes with the shipping time, you can contact us to make sure how long it will take to reach your country.

* There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. 


DO YOU HAVE A WAREHOUSE AT MY COUNTRY?

To provide better and better cusomter service, we're working on this.

We currently have temporary warehouses in North America and Europe. Therefore, orders from these regions will be shipped via USPS, DHL or Amazon Logistics.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. 

* Shipping times will vary depending on your location but we have provided approximations above. Your country may charge import taxes or a customs fee, unfortunately, that is out of our control as we operate from the United States.

* All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. 

 

CAN I CHOOSE MY DESIRED COURIER?

We always do our best to choose the most convenient courier for your preferred shipping method among the many options available. The list of carriers includes but is not limited to USPS, DHL, China Post, China EMS, and contains any other available small parcel couriers.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered by the customer's preferred carrier without the customer's communication and confirmation with us.

I URGENTLY NEED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, CAN I SELECT THE EXPRESS SHIPPING METHOD?

Of couse, you can select an express shipping method.

!!!IMPORTANT!!! Please do contact us if you need the service. And be aware the following about selecting express shipping method: 

- You probably need to pay higher shipping fees for selecting an express shipping method. 

- Moreover, orders shipped with an express mail service usually have a higher probability of being stopped by Customs officers and of incurring in higher import duties. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page of your order. 

 

FREE SHIPPING 

You can enjoy free shipping for orders OVER $59 to most of country. 

The shipping fee for orders below $59 would depend on the post office standard.

Unfortunately, due to some unfriendly and unpeaceful countries or regions, it is a very difficult mission to deliver the package directly to your address, so for these orders, we recommend contacting us before placing the order, USCAMEL is always committed to providing quality service to consumers worldwide and we will work with our customers to overcome the difficulties : )
